<p><strong>Recepte</strong><br />
- piecas cūku mēles<br />
- kādu desmit palieli marinēti gurķi<br />
- 200 grami majonēzes<br />
- drusku maltu melno piparu</p>
<p>Iepriekšējā vakarā vai no paša rīta novāra cūku mēlītes &#8211; liek palielā katlā, pievieno dažas lauru lapu un smaržīgo piparu graudus. Mēles vārīsies vismaz stundu, drīzāk jau pusotru. Salāti no pacietām mēlēm nebūs visai garšīgi.  </p>
<p>Kad mēles gatavas, tās liek aukstā ūdenī un nokasa balto kārtiņu, ar ko pārklātas mēļu virspuses.</p>
<p>Atdzisušas mēles liek ledusskapī un gaida rītam vai, ja gatavo uzreiz, sagriež plānos salmiņos.</p>

<p>Sastāvdaļas ir ļoti aptuvenas, jo aizmirsu pierakstīt, turklāt pie darba bija likti citi cilvēki, tāpēc pēc tam sadzīt pēdas sastāvdaļu daudzumiem bija grūti.</p>
<p>Atlaidina kārtaino bezrauga mīklu, kā rakstīts uz paciņas. Kad mīkla gatava, ar formiņu izkniebj mīklas aplīšus &#8211; man no vienas mīklas plāksnes sanāca divi aplīši, tikai nezinu, ko darīt ar pāri palikušo mīklu. Atgriezumus atstāju saldētavā citai reizei.</p>
<p>Katram otrajam aplītim viducī izgriež vēl aplīti &#8211; šoreiz zvaigznītes formā.</p>

<p>Aplīti bez cauruma apsmērē ar viegli sakultu olu un pāri liek aplīti ar caurumu. Virspusi arī apsmērē ar olu un liek uz pannas, kas izklāta ar cepamo papīru. Mazās zvaigznītes, kas izspiestas no virsējiem aplīšiem, liek blakus.</p>

- četras lielas vistas filejas<br />
- ēdamkarote olīveļļas<br />
- 800 grami rīsu nūdeļu<br />
- mazs brokolis<br />
- pāris saujas sniega zirņu</p>
<p>No nepieciešamajām sastādaļām mērcei pietrūka sakē un sezama eļļas, cepšanai &#8211; zemesriekstu eļļas.</p>
<p>Tad nu lūk. Nomazgā plānās zirņu pākstis un brokoli, kas sadalīts mazākos gabaliņos. Vistas fileju sagriež mazos gabaliņos.</p>

<p>Lielu pannu uzkarsē, ielej nedaudz eļļas un viegli apcep vistas filejas gabaliņus, kas no marinādes izķeksēti ar putukaroti &#8211; brūnais šķidrums vientulīgi paliek tur, kur bijis. Kad gaļa no ārpuses apcepusies, pārlej ar marinādi, pannai uzliek vāku un kādas piecas minūtes sautē uz mazas uguns. </p>
<p>Vistas gabaliņus izceļ arā no pannas un liek bļodā, ko apklāj ar folliju, bet pannai ar marinādi palielina karstumu līdz maksimālajam un vāra, kamēr sabiezē. Kad marināde pārvērtusies pabiezā mērcē, vistu atkal liek atpakaļ pannā un labi izmaisa.</p>
<p>Tikmēr uzvāra rīsu nūdeles, kā norādīts uz paciņas, kopā ar brokoļiem un sniega zirņiem.</p>
<p>Tas arī viss &#8211; lielā šķīvī liek nūdeles un dārzeņus, pāri liek vistas gabaliņus un pasniedz. Manas pārrēķināšanās rezultātā bija divi milzonīgi šķīvji ar ēdienu un pieci cilvēi tika galā tikai ar vienu no tiem &#8211; mazāko.</p>

<p>Jāatzīstas, ka ēdiens nesanāca gluži tik labs, kā biju cerējusi. Iespējams, pie vainas mana elektriskā plīts, kur šādi ēdieni gatavojas lēnāk, un čammājoties vistas fileja kļuva visai sausa.</p>

<p>Vispirms sasmalcina kukurūzu. Es to daru ar krūzīti &#8211; ieberu zupas šķīvī kukurūzu un ar krūzi izbradājos līdz pārslas pārvērtušās pulverī.</p>
